Read Communications was founded by David Read.  Prior to that, Read worked in the Information Systems Department of Houston TranStar, a world leader in developing state-of-the-art technology to manage traffic and emergency situations.  Among Read's accomplishments at TranStar, he successfully collaborated with Lockheed Martin engineers to install and develop procedures for the vast network of computer systems vital to TranStar's operation.
